NEOSTIK adhesives for floor and wall coverings

They are intended to bond different types of floor and wall coverings, in particular in the production of buses, trucks, campers, trailers, mobile homes and living containers. The product range includes the following adhesives:

  • on the basis of organic solvents, which are intended for bonding rubber lining on a variety of substrates; they can be applied either manually or by spraying.
  • water-based, which are intended for bonding various plastic coverings on chipboard or other absorbent substrates; they can be applied either manually or by roller applicator.

For insulation Helios Kemostik developed three adhesives solutions:

  • FLEXBOND based on organic solvents for bonding elastomeric foam insulation
  • Two-component polyurethane adhesives intended for gluing insulation as polystyrene or mineral wool on metal, concrete, wood and other surfaces.
  • NEOSTIK PUR is a one-component reactive polyurethane adhesive suitable for structural bonding of different materials and gluing insulation and panels. There are types with different open times between 5 and 60 min.

They are intended to be used in particular for gluing and sealing as well as for the installation of windows in the manufacturing of buses, railway wagons and living containers. The product range includes polyurethane sealants of different hardness, MS-polymers, silicone sealants and auxiliary products such as primers and cleaners.
